INTUGO, a Mexican company dedicated to the growth and development of its clients through the guidance and direction of trained personnel, in collaboration with an international company experiencing global growth in the medical sector, is seeking a director in the medical field who can Ensure financial health, cost efficiency, and margin optimization across all business units; oversee staff growth and development as well as quality maintenance and implement initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, medical coding accuracy, and process automation

Position Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Medical degree and professional license (cédula) in Medicine or a related field – mandatory.
• Knowledge in the clinical revenue cycle.
• Headcounts around 300 workers at least 
• Proven experience leading medical teams, both on-site and remotely.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with U.S. medical regulations and compliance standards.
