This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator with at least two years of IB (International Baccalaureate) experience to demonstrate leadership and in-depth knowledge at ASFC.

• Minimum postgraduate degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in academic leadership
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in continuous education programs
• Advanced coaching abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the IB curriculum

The selected candidate will:

• Coordinate and supervise academic activities of teaching staff
• Design and implement innovative educational strategies
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure academic excellence
• Evaluate teaching performance and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in academic meetings and school events

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of the Upper School curriculum
• Ensure alignment with both national and international academic standards
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with middle/high school curriculum
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with IEPs
• Integrate educational technology to enhance learning and promote digital literacy
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Actively lead or participate in extracurricular activities and school committees
• Continuously reflect on teaching methods and classroom effectiveness
• Comply with school policies and professional ethical standards
