Important automotive company is looking for next Material and inventory specialist in Torreon Coahuila.

Objetive:

Ensure that materials are managed efficiently and accurately to ensure continuous supply to production operations.

Responsabilities:

• Reception and Shipment Management: Coordinate the processes of receiving and shipping materials, guaranteeing quality and precision in each process.
• Storage and Inventory Control: Ensure the correct storage and control of inventories to optimize resources and warehouse space.
• Assortment to Production Lines: Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to the production lines, maintaining constant communication with the production team.
• Team Leadership and Development: Develop the materials team, promoting efficiency and ensuring compliance with procedures. Coordinate the activities of the warehouse leader and the operational team.
• Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Indicator Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) in the materials area and propose actions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in similar roles in manufacturing or maquiladora companies.
• English: intermeadiate
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of inventory control systems and management of ERP systems.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate a work team, delegate effectively and make decisions under pressure.
• Able to detect Risk Management skills (timelines, delivery)
