Regional Manager Sales

Responsabilities

· Responsible for achieving national annual/quarterly/monthly sales and payment collection targets;

· Responsible for assisting in the development of product, channel, service, team and other planning;

· Responsible for the development, introduction and management of channels;

· Responsible for channel terminal building, store sales, promotion, etc.;

· Responsible for building and managing the local agricultural machinery marketing team, and effective coordination with subsidiary departments and product lines;

· Responsible for the development and business opportunity follow-up of government projects and key customers in the country;

· Responsible for the public relations of the subsidy policies of the country, and coordinate with the credit finance manager to carry out building financial channels.

Job Requirements

· Education and major: bachelor degree or above, business administration, machinery and other related majors;

· Work experience and ability: 5 years or above sales and market management experience, with market development and good communication skills, with local agricultural machinery channel resources is preferred;

· Foreign language requirements: English can be used as a working language.

· Availability to travel
