As a front-end/prototype developer, you will be responsible for build, maintain and develop storytelling enablement assets for our internal and external customers. You will work closely with the User Experience designers, product strategy, product development, and developers and work on our most critical enablement assets across Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management products.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience building high-fidelity user-facing prototypes
• Expert knowledge of front-end web and app development languages and platforms (e.g., React/React Native, Javascript, Java, Swift, Flutter, Websockets, HTTPs/HTTP, APIs)
• Strong experience in web and mobile app development (Android and/or iOS)
• Ability to create detailed prototyping plans with execution methods, timeline, and milestones
• Solid understanding of design thinking and development processes

• Play a vital role in shaping the future of Oracle cloud HCM and SCM user experiences
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to explore, prototype, and test concepts that will enhance how people interact with our design solutions
• Help to build compelling storytelling assets that demonstrate the business value of our product capabilities today as well as our near-term roadmap capabilities with the direction from Product Strategy and Design team.
• Stay abreast of our Redwood design development plans to proactively identify and incorporate changes into our key enablement assets.
• Partner closely with Researchers, Designers, and Product Strategists to develop functional, engaging, and flexible high-fidelity prototypes for concept testing and demos
• Explore and identify potential prototyping solutions for new concepts and technologies
• Thrive on working well with others. You make the people around you better. You love to collaborate with designers, user researchers, engineers, product managers, executives, and inspire them to do their best.
• You don't already know everything, and you love to learn. You love finding out you're wrong.
• Play a supporting role as a design prototyper at enablement sessions to help our internal customers understand the value and key messages of new messaging and content.
• And finally, you want to be part of creating dramatic and impactful change at a company that is committed to becoming a light unto others when it comes to user experience design.

You should be a self-starter, have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize your time to meet important deadlines. You must be an excellent collaborator to align across teams in different time zones. English communication skills, both verbal and written skills must be excellent as you will be working across an international team and supporting assets that will be published in English.
