To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a PCBA Process Engineer located in Aguascalientes

SMT/PTH process, working on all documentation and technical review such as BOM, Gerber, Assembly Drawing, and technical notes to set up product configuration. Develop of process documentation for new PCBA such as, MPI, PFD, PFMEA. Procuring necessary tooling in preparation for Engineering builds and monitoring KOI's during NPI process and ramp up of product.

What a typical day looks like:

• Attending Customer & CFT regular meetings for project status
• Procuring PCBA tooling for existing a new process according customer requirements
• Develop of process documentation for new PCBA such as, MPI, PFD, PFMEA
• Monitoring and develop improvement plan to reach expected quality, cost and delivery metrics.
• Develop new process and equipment selection
• Capacity analysis to determine if capital equipment need to be considered

• The experience we're looking to add to our team:
• Junior of experience on PCBA Eng process support and KOI report and NPI support.
• Screen solder print and SMT reflow process development.
• PCBA tooling procurement for Front End (SMT) and Back End process.
• Knowledge on IPC-610 PCBA Soldering standard criteria.
• Problem solving structured analysis and follow up continuous improvement plans.
• English spoken & written (50%)
• Knowledge on design for manufacturing standards for PCBA and PCB panelization
• Fully understanding and interpretation of PCBA DFM analysis
• Wave / selective / Robot programming process development
• Lead and develop new engineers' effort
