As a JUNIOR COATINGS FORMULATOR, you will manage the development and adaptation of new technologies, support production and you will improve quality to of the products in the customer's lines.

You will report to the head of laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• You will create formulas at laboratory level and scale them to Production level

• You will work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies

• You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies

• You will identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.

• You will prepare and ship products and samples for analysis or testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in water-based and solvent-based liquid painting techniques.
• Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge of color theories.
