Role Description
The purpose of this role is to support the Human Resources Sr. Manager in overseeing human resources responsibilities and activities in Mexico. Manage recruitment processes and assist in employee relations, regulatory compliance, payroll liaison, and learning and development, as well as stay up-to-date and provide support in some other core functions. To be the front-line delivery for the strategic interface between HR business partners and business operations by efficiently executing HR practices and services to stakeholders and employees in the business. The role holder is expected to execute employee engagement activities and various employee retention initiatives to align business goals with employee guidance within the company.
Required Qualifications:
Efficiently execute human resources strategies to support business objectives:
o Support the successful implementation of change initiatives by HR designed to support the organization's objectives.
o Liaison with assigned business in Operations to plan, understand, and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance.
o Lead recruitment and support the business impartially and effectively to fill the required positions.
o Boost and improve employee experience and engagement through the effective execution of policies and practices related to human resources and people.
o Work collaboratively with stakeholders and other departments to provide HR Business Partner services.
o To reduce employee attrition through effective complaint handling and remediation, advice:
o To execute HR procedures and maintain relevant reporting to ensure administrative compliance.
Competencies and Skills:
· Organization and Time Management:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
o Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
· Communication:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
· Technical Knowledge:
o MS 365 proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
o Familiarity with human resource management software ADP.
o Solid knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
· Problem Solving:
o Ability to address and solve problems efficiently.
o Informed decision-making skills.
· Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
o Fluent in english
o Previous experience in an administrative role within the Human Resources department.
