Responsibilities

Dynamic Career Opportunity with Wallenius Wilhelmsen (WW)

• This position will coordinate all operation's supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
• He or she will work closely to Operation's Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• He or she will support Operation's Manager to manage all new requirements from GM Logistics and GM SLP Assembly Plant.
• This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
• He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.
• Focused on created best practices to accomplish financial objectives.
• Monthly planning according to production plan shared by customer.

Qualifications

A good fit for this position has 5-7 years in planning and directing operations, and experience in:

• SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.
• Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.
• Microsoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skills.
• A 4-year degree.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level
