Este puesto está localizado en nuestro Campus de Manufactura de Clase Mundial en Querétaro, Mx. Trabaja en uno de nuestros avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations and provide actionable insights. Understands business and functional objectives to maximize business value. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain, creates action plans, implements, and sustains improvements or resolutions to problems. Engages multiple stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize projects and develop goals and objectives. Prepares evaluation of risk for the negotiation of supplier contracts or service arrangements.
The Supply Chain Analyst must have advanced knowledge of domestic and international multimodal transportation. Experience with cross dock /cross border operation (MX-US) Inbound and outbound operations, service invoice review, and supplier contact. Understanding of customs law (trade compliance) -Customer service, effective communication, hands on , analytical and numerical skills.
Responsibility Matrix
• Provides data generation, reporting, analysis, organization, and continuous improvement of supply chain information for the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives.
• Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggests improvements or resolutions to problems. Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts or service arrangements.
• Compile data, manage databases, ensure data integrity, build reports, and drive continuous improvement of information for supply chain analysis, opportunity assessment, operations, and metric reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for Strategic Sourcing Managers, Supplier Quality & Development team, and Buyers on an as-needed basis.
• Manage global supplier correspondence and maintain updates to Supplier Requirements Manual and other key documentation sources used by suppliers.
• Expand capabilities through execution of smaller scale sourcing and/or supplier quality & development projects.
• Delivers continuous improvement through participation in lean kaizen events
• Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions
• Demonstrates capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes
Skills and Qualifications required:
• Demonstrates capabilities in material management, MRP, pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts
• High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (Advanced level in English)
• Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict.
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar. 3 years of experience in related field (similar positions within Industial Companies or Freight Forwarders)
• Project management experience
• Leadership training
