Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. With a focus on hybrid work model the candidate will leverage their expertise in Kafka, PostGre, GIT, Spring Boot, Microservices, Springboot, Java, Angular, AWS and PL/SQL to enhance system performance and reliability. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using Microservices architecture to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Oversee the integration of Kafka for real-time data processing and streaming applications to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise in PostGre for efficient database management and optimization to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement REST Web Services for seamless communication between applications.
• Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Core frameworks to develop robust and maintainable applications that meet industry standards.
• Implement version control using GIT to manage codebase and facilitate collaborative development efforts.
• Develop and maintain Core Java applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Apply PL/SQL skills to design and optimize database queries and procedures for improved data handling.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development to maintain code quality and system integrity.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in AWS Kafka PostGre GIT Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Java Angular and PL/SQL.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on hybrid work environments.
• Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Showcase ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical tasks.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies to enhance project outcomes.
