The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst incumbent shall have experience managing multiple priorities and projects and familiar with required steps and project timelines to deliver successful automations. The RPA Business Analyst works directly with RPA Developers and business subject matter experts to scope automation projects, using process analysis tools where possible, and build out specific requirements per the expected ROI (e.g., FTE replacement). Business Analyst will make recommendations on process improvements that should be made prior to automation to ensure the best results. They will conduct user acceptance testing and work together with RPA System Architects and Developers to proactively identify and remediate issues prior to minimize exception handling surprises during UAT. Business Analyst will carry process owners into a hyper care period and educate them on how to manage their new robot employee before closing the automation project.
The RPA BA must also be a visual basic developer to work in VBA/Excel adapting it to the specific needs of the company always looking for an improvement in information management and is able to lead automation that supports existing processes and optimizes workflows between MSOffice programs to maximize their productivity in document management and can perform detailed analysis.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, System, or related with 5 or more years of experience in the field.
- Advanced English Level - Proficient in talking, writing & reading.
- Knowledge of RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere), and of best practices for process automation and operational excellence
- 2+ years of experience automating processes in popular enterprise applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Concur, Salesforce, Google Suite, and others Automation experience in standard enterprise environments (e.g., MS Office, SAP, Workday & Salesforce)
- Business Analyst certifications with Automation Anywhere existing or in process
- Proficient in Visual Basic Excel programming (VBA), thorough knowledge of MS Excel application - Pivot tables, formulas, functions, graphs
- Experience in documenting business requirements (functional and nonfunctional).
- Experience with process improvement & problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools, SQL; in its absence, eagerness to learn is a must.
- Knowledge and Competencies
- Understanding of software development life cycle (multiple disciplines Agile/Scrum, waterfall etc.)
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as Power Automate, RPAs, Alteryx and other solutions a plus.
- Strong analytical background, including the ability to break down and work through complex problems in a structured manner, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Resourceful and relentless: independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
