About the Role
Responsible for successful Launch on New Programs, DCN's implementation, VAVE's management, internal & external transfers, outsourcings, special projects execution (dual sourcing, increase capacity, flexibilities, early engagement with AME department). Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees. Responsible for the results of indicators: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, for the new product, until EOL projects. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.
What You Will Do
• Responsible to attend recurring meetings, both internal and external for project progress and new launches.
• Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
• Responsible together all the documents to support M Gates reviews.
• Maintain and communicate the status of the projects, using Microsoft's Project.
• Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
• Manage all engineering changes with the CFT and assure the successful implementation.
• Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
• Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding point of the PV runs.
• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.
• Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements applicable
• Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
• To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.
• Support to manufacturing area according to the needs of the MBU Manager.
