About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled QAD Developer with 5+ years of experience in QAD ERP development, including active participation in ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Progress 4GL/OpenEdge, hold a QAD AUX (Adaptive UX) Development Certification, and be able to understand and implement integrations between QAD and third-party solutions. Candidates must be bi-lingual with professional proficiency in English to collaborate eUectively across global teams.

Required Qualifications:

*5+ years of professional experience in QAD ERP development

*Strong knowledge of Progress 4GL / OpenEdge ABL

*Proven experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects

*Certified in QAD AUX (Adaptive UX) Development

*Must have proven ability to develop and maintain integrations between QAD and third-party systems

*Experience with QAD EE and core modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, etc.)

*Proficiency with SQL, relational databases, and ERP data architecture

*Bi-lingual with professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)

*Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience with Qxtend, EDI mapping tools, or QAD Automation Solutions

*Familiarity with Linux/Unix scripting and automated job scheduling

*Knowledge of API integration, middleware platforms

*Experience with global or multi-site ERP deployments

*Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
