What you'll do
Develop important components that makeup CSG's main product using React, Typescript, Node js, Redux, and Javascript technologies.
You will provide support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment
Support and handle all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer
You will perform your significant assignments
Ensure compliance with Service level agreements and OLAs
You should have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, technically related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance
5+ React, Typescript, Node js, Redux and Javascript
Develop algorithms, write code, unit test, debug code, and document
Experience working with version control using Git
Work well within a team environment and Agile methods
