SUMMARY
AutoZone's Digital Experience team works to create extraordinary journeys for our customers across a variety of digital products including websites, applications, and enterprise software. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of AutoZone's B2C, B2B, and Brazil sites. The ideal employee will be integral in expanding AutoZone's digital portfolio. This includes acquiring domain knowledge, growing technical skills, supporting the customers, resolving problems, and training as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with other team members to build rich, compelling, and highly interactive web sites and mobile experiences.
• Solid problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
• Fully building out front-end components, (JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, React JS)
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders on a cross-functional team to drive projects forward and provide on-time deliverables.
• Consume and display data from back-end APIs as needed.
• Assist in ongoing marketing support through the creation of landing pages, rich banner experiences, and personalization initiatives (JavaScript, JSP, HTML, SCSS).
• Ability to learn and analyze new technologies quickly.
• Experience interacting with commerce, search platforms and A/B testing such as Monetate, ATG/Oracle, Endeca, Experience Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• Level of formal education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

• Willingness to work with both state of the art and legacy systems.

- Minimum of 5 years of total development experience with focus on front end web application development using HTML5, SCSS, jQuery, React JS, JSP
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with eCommerce applications using technologies such as React JS, ES6+, Babel, Webpack, and REST APIs
- Experience with single page application architecture, Flux, and Redux
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Experience solving front-end performance and scalability challenges in high traffic web applications.
- Ability to communicate well with others and solve problems as part of a team.
- Confidence and drive to champion best-practices and new technologies.
• Willingness to work with both state of the art and legacy systems.
