We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Operations Agents in Cancun.
You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT YOU

Strong administration & organisational skills
Can think things through logically to simplify tasks
Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues.
Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture.
Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages advantageous.
Is a collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & behaviours required

ABOUT THE JOB

Monitoring and follow up of services planned through the multiple suppliers.
Coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle availability.
Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services
Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation.
To meet standards with last minute requests (flight delays, crews, etc)
To ensure portfolio benefits of services impacted for invoice purposes.
