Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join its regional Digital IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Salesforce Service Cloud, and experience with Einstein predictive and generative AI capabilities.

Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM platform used to streamline operations in customer service, case management, and other business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and customizing secure, scalable applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring integration with internal systems and maintaining high standards of data accuracy, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using tools and frameworks such as LWC, Aura, Apex, Flow, Einstein Copilot, Prompt, Data Cloud, and Visualforce.
• Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, scalable, and optimized for business needs.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and other developers to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Support and enhance existing Salesforce implementations for performance and functionality.
• Manage system integrations and authentications across platforms, using REST, SOAP, APIs, oAuth, and SSO.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct and support system testing, UAT, and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Document system components including user guides, release notes, and design specifications.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into automated, well-architected Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning framework, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and familiarity with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Visualforce, Einstein tools, and Salesforce configuration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, including managing standard/custom objects, fields, and relationships.
• Experience working in both Agile and traditional SDLC environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, follow-through, and self-motivation are essential.
