About the Role:
We're looking for a CRM Specialist with Klaviyo and SMS Marketing expertise to join our dynamic e-commerce team. You will be crucial in developing and refining customer engagement strategies through precise segmentation, tailored campaigns, and data-driven insights.
This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, including email automations, triggered flows, and reporting.
Build and refine customer segments to ensure targeted communication and high conversion rates.
Drive SMS Marketing campaigns through Attentive (experience in this area is essential).
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain high attention to detail in all CRM-related tasks and adapt to shifting priorities quickly.
Must Have:
Proven experience working with Klaviyo and CRM systems.
Experience with Attentive for SMS marketing campaigns (a must).
Strong track record in segment building and audience targeting.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and a proactive, responsive approach.
Ability to work independently and manage CRM responsibilities end-to-end.
