We are looking for the best talent in MEXICO CITY for our General Offices to be in the:

Intern Program - Multiple Functions

Part-time position

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas, Estado de Mexico

Work schedule: part-time with flexible working hours - hybrid model

Duration: 12-18 months

Profile: Active college student of any business or engineering major

Qualifications: Graduation date from June 2025 to December 2025.

Purpose:

You will get to join one of our departments- Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Consumer Market & Knowledge (CMK), Human Resources, Purchases, Sales or Product Supply - and then receive projects that you will get to work on for the period of your internship.

As Marketing you will:

• You will be offered an internship in a multi-functional Brand team - organized around the brands that we sell in Mexico (Ariel, Pantene, Gillette, Oral B, Always, Vick) - consisting of managers with different functional expertise and background (Brand Management, but also Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising and Media agencies).
• Implementing and evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.
• Leading monthly market & brand analysis, taking care to include input of multi-functional teams to foster corrective actions for a specific category/initiative.

As F&A you will:

• The main responsibility as a Finance and Account intern is to provide financial leadership in the operations. You will be in charge of 2 specific projects, identifying efficiencies in the operations and materials usage. You will be able to develop your leadership and financial management skills while improving your collaborative abilities.

As IT you will:

• You will be part of an intern project to build a solution, craft an IT innovation strategy for a business, cyber-protect our critical information systems and assets, or implement a project with a strategic supplier, your real passion for technology and its business application will be recognized and rewarded.
  
  A career in IT builds change leadership and influence skills, breadth of experience across multiple businesses, and depth of expertise in areas like Application & Integration, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Security & Risk.

As Consumer Market & Knowledge you will:

• Directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, media investments and much more. We use our boundless curiosity to find out what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.
• You will act as an internal, active and influential business strategy consultant, whose role it is to ensure that consumer and shopper insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution.

As Logistics you will:

• You'll be forecasting customer demand, owning and performing production and planning. You might be working with the information flow for the entire supply chain and hold responsibility for the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf. All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place with the right cost, simplification and innovation.

As Purchases you will:

• Purchasing is P&G's life-line to the world of suppliers, translating the needs of our business in a way that enables, attracts, and invites our supply base to partner with us in providing products and services of superior quality and value that improve the lives of our consumers. Purchases is involved in logistics operations planning, costs and commercial relations with suppliers.
• Be accountable for part of a service (spend pool) strategic sourcing.
• Own/ develop commercial relationships with business partners and providers; ensuring the best-purchasing value to the company, meeting business needs.

As Sales you will:

• As a Sales Intern, you are in charge for maintaining and growing a long-term partnership with your customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. To do so, you'll develop a keen understanding of your product categories and markets.
• Whilst building the plans, you will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills, but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.

As HR you will:

• As an HR intern in P&G you will be responsible for building people and leadership capabilities, developing an adaptive and high-reaching organization and building a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company.
