Responsabilities:

• Implement the LEONI operating system in the country's production plant
• Perform activities to set parameters of production equipment during product changes and new introduction
• Interact with the production management team to learn and get to know the new equipment thoroughly.
• Perform activities to establish and document in local work instructions the method of operation of the machine.
• Coaching/training for the production maintenance team in relation to equipment maintenance.
• Support the production maintenance team to resolve critical/rare equipment issues.
• Coordinate and carry out activities for the start-up of production teams in close relationship with other departments
• Provide information for the creation of the maintenance plan
• Define the stock level of spare parts for all equipment and applicators.
• Maintain database for equipment and applicators in the system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed, Elecronic / Electromechanic / Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on the position
• English B1 Level
• Excel Advanced Level
• Knowledge about Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Production and Engineering Concepts.
• Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems
• Analytical and Statistical skills
• Time and self-management
