What do you need?

• Design and maintain a scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise systems architecture.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, MES, HCM, and legacy systems.
• Define data governance, API strategy, and middleware solutions for system interoperability.
• Ensure cloud adoption, cybersecurity compliance, and IT infrastructure compatibility.
• Act as a technical advisor on system enhancements, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

What will you do?

• Proven experience working with ERP & MES Platforms (ERP: Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics) / (MES: Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens Opcenter, Aveva Wonderware)
• Mastery of Project Management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall / PMBOK frameworks, Hybrid models for IT and manufacturing environments.
• Manages Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet)
• Understanding Integration and Middleware tools (Mulesoft, Apache Kafka, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience on Containerization & Virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, Red Hat OpenShift, etc.).
• Familiarity with data lakes, ETL processes, and Data Analytics tools (SAP BW, Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
• ITSM & Governance Tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Freshservice)
• Understanding of IIoT, SCADA, OPC, and real-time production data integration.
• Experience in data governance, master data management (MDM), and data modeling.
