?? We're Hiring: Engineering Manager

?? Location: Mexico (100% Remote)

Are you passionate about leading technical teams and building scalable solutions that impact millions? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a key team focused on consumer profile services within a global digital ecosystem.

????? What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a team of 8 - 10 engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Design, build, and scale cloud-native services using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Spring Boot.
Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Promote best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Engage in hands-on coding and troubleshooting when needed.
Manage the team's delivery roadmap, balancing tech debt, feature development, and operational needs.

?? What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in building scalable, distributed services in the cloud (GCP).
Hands-on experience with SQL, Spring Boot, Java, and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and security best practices.
Experience in the retail or consumer data domain is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on contributions.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
