As a backend developer you will be vital in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications.

Requirements:

-Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Ruby on Rails.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and front-end developers, to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
-Upgrade our existing Ruby on Rails 6 codebase to the upcoming version 7, ensuring smooth transitions and compatibility.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
-Contribute to architectural discussions, proposing and implementing
improvements and optimizations to enhance system performance and
scalability.

Skills/technologies required:

• At least 2 years of working experience with Ruby on Rails
• SQL knowledge preferably with PostgreSQL
• Github is a must
• Redis experience and Heroku deployments are a plus
