Main Responsibilities:

• As a Software Engineer for the MBSD team, you join our team to build and support high quality MIL infrastructure and libraries to strengthen the testing across different projects. This position is:
• Capable to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to give efficient solutions to their MIL support requests.
• Customer focused and capable of prioritizing between different tasks and customers daily.
• Capable of holding and leading technical conversations with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
• Able to handle support requests from software developers, verification champions and test automation engineers using Model Based Infrastructure.

What Skills You Need:

• Having experience developing Models and MATLAB m-scripts.
• MATLAB Tools/GUI development using m-scripts.
• Should be able to create m-scripts to interact with Simulink and Stateflow models.
• Knowledge using Simulink and Stateflow tools to develop logic.
• Should be aware of different concepts used in Simulink and Stateflow.
• Should have good experience in MIL Testing both at the unit and system level.
• Should understand Plant Models.
• Should have experience in Code Generation.
• Should have basic knowledge using Jenkins.
• Should have good debugging skills.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Being familiarized with SIL and HIL testing.
• Simulink, Stateflow, Embedded coder, Simulink Test Tool and Simulink Data Dictionary.
• Good Knowledge of ASAM and Calibration data format standards (CDF, .S37, .MOT, .CFG, .ELF, JSON, PAR, etc.).
• Interfacing MATLAB with XSLT, HTML, Python, YAML, Visual studio for C,C++ and C#,.NET, ActiveX and xml parser, Vehicle Network toolbox and CDFX parser tools.
• Development and Integration of Engine plant, controller, Actuator and Sensor Processing Models.

Education:

• B.S. Degree in any of the following disciplines: Mechatronics, Digital Systems and Robotics, Computer Science or Advanced Engineering Degree.
