Minimum requirements
?? Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high code quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Follow good development practices: clean code, error handling, validations, and logging.
Basic understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns.
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
Minimum Requirements

Experience in the Area
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
Experience with:
Springboot
Microservices
Spring MVC
Javascript
AWS
Developments based on requirements .
Working on Agile methodologies and delivery without issues.
Advanced English
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions
- Active coach and mentor whose goal is to develop and maximize the team's potential
