The Opportunity

IPEX is a global team that delivers process and control transformation, simplification, and digitization projects. This role will report into the IPEX Process Transformation team and will be responsible for globally realization and scaling of process efficiencies through the implemention of automations, analytics, task mining and process mining solutions in collaboration and under technical guidance of IPEX Insights & Automation team.

• Deliver simple to medium complexity and quick win automations, analytics & process mining solutions & dashboards to PepsiCo's IPEX internal & external partners
• Act as a technical analyst for Process transformation group and help identify oppurtunitites to integrate various technologies into business processes
• Understand organizational prioritization and assess opportunities for technology implementations leading to and/or resuting in insights resulting in process improvements.
• Interface with IPEX Insights & Automation teams to determine scoping of projects, develop sustainable and documented efficiency projects for sustained business utilization
• Provide internal team guidance to increase business process integrations with technology, while supporting upskilling and technology implementation opportunities for business facing teams
• Thrives on solving complex problems through automation & innovation in a diverse environment
• Learn about existing and proposed process efficiencies and champion the implementation of same across LATAM markets
• Deliver and facilitate technology awareness sessions to support digitization agenda across controls function

Your Impact

As Data Mining Analyst your responsibilities would consist of ...

1 Champion use of technology and digitization agenda

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify process efficiency opportunities and identify appropriate technology to support the initiatives
• Champion idea of leveraging automations & analytics to introduce process efficiencies for business in a data driven approach
• Collaborate with Insights and Automation core team to stay updated with technology toolkit
• Lead internal capability build sessions across LATAM & Europe markets
• Research market trends by collaborating with internal, external peer groups and attending conferences and propose new technology to the existing toolkit

Provide level 1 & 2 SME support for any ditigization needs which includes providing inputs from ideation to delivery phases E

2 Develop automations, analytics & process mining projects according to published governance frameworks and standards

• Develop automations and analytics according to published governance frameworks and standards on PepsiCo approved tools
• Support implementation, sustain and scaling of process mining initiatives
• Take lead and deliver small enhancements, action flows and front end dashoard in Celonis
• Own the administration and maintenance of data extraction and transformation jobs
• Develop technical documentation and implement test plans including designing and developing RPA / analytics / workflows & dashboard test plans, scripts, and procedures
• Perform unit testing prior to releasing digital assets for UAT
• Coordinate and support user acceptance and regression testing, including preparing test scenarios and collecting approvals from business process owners
• Oversee test coverage and the timely resolution of defects

3 Work independently but also function well within a team of developers to drive cross functional learning, development and sharing of leading practices

• Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, both business users and technical resources across various groups within PepsiCo
• Develop peer group with other Embed I&A resources for knowledge sharing on best practices, inventory of automations and provide feedback to mature the embed I&A model
• Participate in reporting of value tracking from automation, optimization, and other projects
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions that are configured as prescribed by IPEX standards
• Provide accurate and transparent status and escalate issues to supervisor

Collaborate with IT & Controls peer groups to learn and apply best practices and propose improvements with evolving technology footprint E

4 Contribute to continuous improvement

• Support business partners to identify areas for improvement with a data driven approach
• Serve as SME to others seeking to utilize RPA, analytics & process mining platforms for automating and streamlining existing manual processes

Identify opportunities for replication and reusability of existing digital assets to drive additional organizational efficiency E

5 Provide implementation and post production support to ensure business stability

• Coordinate and support incident resolution
• Coordinate and support change request analysis and implementation, including analysis and evaluation of changes

Control execution and compliance for all activities aligned with time and quality objectives for area of responsibility E

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

1. Experience

• Higher education degree; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information
• Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business or related field
• Ability to manage complexity and work independently with large amounts of information - 2 years (Must)
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data, SQL - 1-2 years (Must)
• Basic understanding of proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, PQL, Java, Python or .NET - 2 years across (Must)
• Pior experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, process gold - 2 years (Desirable)
• Substantial experience with software development life cycle and power platform technologies - 2 years (Desireable)
• Experience with Databases and DB operations such as SQL, Sharepoint
• Exposure to RPA platforms preferable UiPath or other platforms such as Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism - (3 years - Desirable)
• Well versed with Power Automate / Power App / Sharepoint experience - 2 years (Must)
• Understanding of Analytics Development and principles - 2 years (Must)
• Cross-functional business and application knowledge - 2 years (Desirable)
• Proven aptitude to learn new software quickly
• Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively
• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management - 2-3 years
• Experience documenting process flows and business requirements - 2-3 years
• Strong facilitation/presentation skills
• Ability to work with a large, global, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands

• Must be able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize assignments to deliver

• Ability to balance responsibilities related to production support and project tasks simultaneously
