WHAT YOU' WILL DO:

Provide software development services to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for development and/or leadership in the creation of custom software solutions using Microsoft .Net, delivering technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. Designs and architects' solutions and having the ability to understand the customers' businesses is imperative. Acts as trusted advisor by creating and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintains knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Work with technical leads/architects and functional resources to shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers.

Other Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS/Engineering/Technology or related field or equivalent experience/training.
• Must be technically savvy including strong use of Microsoft development tools such as .NET and SQL Server
• Experience working within an Agile development methodology.
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills in a fast-paced changing environment with focus on measurable results.
• Good verbal communication skills must be able to deliver technical solutions in an understandable manner to non-technical users.
• Organized and detail oriented
