Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

This is, on a day-to-day basis, responsible for supporting all Information Systems hardware and software for all Corporate and Field employees. The scope of hardware support includes all laptops, desktops, printers, cell phones, telecom, and other equipment. The scope of software support includes MS Windows Operating Systems, email, local databases used to support business functions, and various ISI corporate business applications that are used by ISI Employees, including basic support to Payroll system (TRESS). Must support "building needs" such as network connectivity, networked printers, copiers, projectors, and any other technical needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for IT assistance directly from corporate and field users.
• Document and maintain processes, best practices, knowledge base and training materials.
• Support the maintenance of adequate equipment inventory.
• Support all building needs including printers, copiers, meetings, etc.
• Manage/participate in value added projects as needed.
• Ensure company and departmental goals as defined by management are met completely and on time.
• Support issues escalation from IT Technician (Tier I, II,III).

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• At least 2 years' experience supporting Windows operating system computing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows all versions of desktop is a must and server version desired.
• Experience in SQL and other database language desired
• Experience in TRESS application. Experience in Payroll and accounting software desired.
• Must be able to work independently and self-directed, as well as within a team.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Should be flexible and able to complete projects outside normal daily duties as needed.
• Weekend and non-business hour support rotation required.
