Engineering Role Description

As the inaugural engineering hire for our client, you'll be pivotal in shaping their technological direction. Responsibilities include:

1. Technical Leadership: Oversee the platform's codebase, ensuring performance and scalability.

2. Solution Design: Implement innovative solutions addressing customer needs.

3. Team Collaboration: Engage with product and engineering teams to align strategies.

4. Mentorship: Guide and nurture junior engineers.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in NodeJS (Typescript preferred).

- Strong grasp of system architecture and distributed databases.

- Experience in complex application development.

Collaboration:

- Directly report to the CTO.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

- Salary: $65-90K USD
