Experience y Responsibilities

Day-to-day / The Project: 

• Currently using standard commercial services with Target X (front end AI) on top of SF. 

• Use marketing module for campaigns (from HS students or 2 yr universities). 

• There is a workflow for the prospect to get into environment before it moves to Colleague. 

• Future: move from commercial SF with Target X to SF Education Cloud (12 - 18 months) 

• Ideally 5-7+ years in this space

Top needed skills:

• Full stack dev and well-rounded for Backend and Frontend.
• Experienced with customizations
• Need to be proactive to outline solutions and follow a process and do end to end deployments. 
• Mobile/Web, primarily wed, but will adjusts based on the device. 
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Lightning and custom development with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Java (advantageous).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and their implementation (advantageous).
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies and frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

• Native not a deal breaker, but must have done customization 

• Target X, current solutions built on target X. Configuration, similar to lightening. 

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills (including ability to present ideas in user- friendly, Business-friendly and technical language) 

• Interpersonal Skills

• Listening and Questioning Skills

Requirements and Offer Job

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies or related engineering.

Languages: High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)" Level: B2, C1, C2, Fluent

Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification (required).

Modality: Home Office 100 %

Location: Mexico

Workday: Monday - Friday

Gross Salary Up To: $120,000 MXN (According of Experience)
