Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a 100% in-person, permanent role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-graduation experience in full-time roles using Java in both backend and frontend development. You will support our existing application platform (StaffWizard) and contribute to new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust web applications.
• Customize and extend application functionalities to meet evolving project and client requirements.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, following Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with mobile development using Flutter/Dart (2+ years).
• Optional: Experience building mobile applications using Swift or Kotlin.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have experience working in a professional, post-education environment (freelance work not considered).
