The Team

The Product and Engineering Excellence team in R&D IT is looking for a technically skilled Sr Fullstack Engineer.

You'll be joining a team whose job it is to boost engineering productivity and developer experience. We work across a large engineering group so orientate our Products and Services to maximize their outcomes using an iterative Product Management approach.

The Position

You will be part of 2 of our team's products, a web app that is already on the go and a new visualization web app which is on near future plans.

Mandatory requirements

Since this is a Sr position, we require a solid technical engineer with 8+ Years of experience with the following tools:

• Frontend: (one of) React/Svelte with TypeScript
• Backend: (one of) Python (preferably FastAPI), Golang etc.
• Experience with any SQL Database.
• Docker
• Kubernetes

Desirable requirements:

• E2E testing experience (Playwright/Selenium etc)
• Backstage
• SonarQube (user)
• GitHub Actions

📌Strong English communication skills required.

📌 Positions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.

📍 Location: Guadalajara (hybrid - Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week)
