Job Description
Execute APQP process with those Suppliers assigned to meet or exceed program work. Execute Program Reviews to program achievements and escalate issues appropriately. Ensure supply base adheres to GM standards and quality and manufacturing processes are enabled identify out of standards conditions while preventing them to move to the next process or manufacturing site. React to out of standard conditions are work cross functionally to resolve known issues in a timely manner. Performs other related duties as assigned.

What will you do?
Follow-up on supplier issues generated in the module and battery assembly process
Work hand in hand with 3rd Parties to respond to contentions
Autonomous work
Communication qualities
Control Plan
Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.
Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership
Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.
Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support of launch and build-out.
Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial all Engineering related.
Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years of experience
Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
English Level: Intermediate /Advanced.
Knowledge of Quality system
Knowledge of interpretation of GD&T drawings
Knowledge of PPAP
Knowledge of APQP
