Who will you be working with?

The Technical Product Owner is the person that will be focus on the technical side of local applications products and keep those apps in a good condition aligned to the tax compliance country regulations, assuring the development and clear roadmaps for all critical applications that represent an investment from the business of +500K USD, the applications included on this scope are: Buzone, PGI My Vault, ANA System, TRESS, Sigmmanest for all MX sites in the region, additionally in charge to assure the taxes compliance for all applications that need to be aligned with local laws and be prepared to interact with global initiatives like COA, Finance TAX Regulations and others coming during the next years.

How will you make a difference?

• Work and create product roadmaps for critical local applications for Mexico Sites.
• Design and oversee product roadmaps, working with various teams to craft the design aspects of a product that meets the needs of users and business.
• Establish standards for each product success.
• Develop and maintain local applications pillar apps strategy.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university or at least 80% of the credits completed.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT function
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Understanding of business practices
• Strong research and self-learning skills for problem resolution
• Developing reports for teams across the business
• English -Able to fluently speak and write in English (Advance level)
• Verbal communications skills

What will your typical day look like?

• Administrative and documentation activities
• ETL to design and use data warehousing data to create reports, analysis for decision makers.
• Support the Deployment of Global Pillar Apps for MX Sites
• Tools and Reports are generated based on SQL Datawarehouse brought into the Tools as well as user input entry level.
• Able to work in Process Improvement to support business operations.
• Able to Map and understand users process and requirements needs to create user stories.
• Power Automate (creation of WF) for diverse projects entry level.
• Develop, execute, and maintain key metrics to support business operations.
• Create adhoc reports from Data warehouses to support IT MX Sites
• Analyze data from market research for any new application requirement or implementation.
• Deploy interface connections between applications/products and global tools as required.
• Assure business continuity based on good product and applications management and DRS plans.
• Coordinate with third party vendors efforts for maintenance plans on local critical applications.
• Design and keep the DRS plan for local applications.
• Meet with product owners or product leaders to discuss development progress or initiatives.
• Meet with developers to assure the quality of products.
• Meet with software development teams to share product insights.
• Communicate product roadmap to the business and functional owners.
