About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join a dynamic team building scalable web applications that focus on performance, accessibility, and modern architecture. You will work with Next.js, GraphQL, and cutting-edge deployment workflows, contributing to impactful digital solutions for a mission-driven organization.

Responsabilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
• Integrate data using GraphQL and manage client-side state effectively.
• Deploy and manage applications on Vercel or similar serverless platforms.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver accessible and responsive experiences.
• Focus on performance optimization, scalability, and clean code practices.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL and state management on the client side.
• Familiarity with Vercel deployment workflows.
• Understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with backendless/serverless architectures.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Previous exposure to AWS services like AppSync, CloudFront, and S3.
