As a Training content developer, you will define strategies following our requirements striving to improve service delivery, internal processes and client experience through planning, creation and implementation of training content for internal and external audiences. You will propose training strategies for internal and external audiences (VDT, Retail, B2B, Dealers) in face-to-face, virtual and blended modalities, in addition to supporting the creation of learning objects that facilitate the assimilation of information and development of skills, through theories, models and learning techniques.
Main Responsibilities
• Create training strategies and training deployments.
• Diagnose training needs of internal and external clients.
• Coordinate the development of content and training tools in multiple learning modalities for internal and external users.
• Validate the pedagogical congruence of the contents: taxonomic level, crossing of competencies vs content, level of knowledge and learning activities, modality.
• Participate in the content creation process: survey, high-level proposal creation, content development, content evaluation, piloting, TTT.
• Validate, structure and create attractive and impactful training content.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Communication or Psychology.
• +4 years experience in Training Content Development or Institutional Communication activities.
• Knowledge of learning models, theories, and techniques.
• Knowledge of instructional design models, methodologies and training modalities.
• Experience with Genially, Canva and LMS software.
• Advanced English Skills.
