?? Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our brand awareness, generate leads, and support our communications and campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage digital content, social media, email marketing, and basic graphic design — all while understanding how to speak to real estate professionals in Latin America.

? Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
• Create and edit graphics or short-form videos using Canva or similar tools
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
2. Email Marketing
• Build and schedule email campaigns (welcome series, product updates, webinar invites)
• Maintain and segment email lists using platforms like Mailchimp or Brevo
3. Lead Generation Support
• Manage and monitor Facebook/Meta Ads (with guidance or under a set plan)
• Help qualify inbound leads and forward them to sales team via Zapier, Monday, or WhatsApp
4. Content Creation
• Translate or write short blog posts, social captions, and email copy in Spanish
• Create landing pages or opt-in forms (via tools like Carrd, WordPress, or similar)
• Assist in developing lead magnets (eBooks, guides, downloadable PDFs)
5. Marketing Operations
• Maintain and update databases of leads, clients, and email contacts
• Prepare reports on social, email, and ad campaign performance
• Attend weekly marketing meetings and take action on assigned tasks

• Fluent Spanish (writing and speaking)
• English reading and writing (basic to intermediate)
• Canva (graphic design)
• Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager
• Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, or similar)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• WhatsApp Business
• Comfortable learning Zapier, Monday, or other simple automation tools

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Can work independently and stay organized

• Looking to grow with a fast-paced, bilingual team

?? Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)
• Publish 5-7 social posts/week (in Spanish and some in English)
• Post 4 paid ads per month
• Create 4 email campaigns/month
• Generate at least 20 new leads/day via ads or lead magnets
• Act as the Community Manager
• Create marketing “pieces” as needed for special events.
