Sales Support Specialist
Satellite teams is seeking a Sales Support Specialist that wants to work for a US Based leading franchise development marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, public relations, web development, and hyper-local franchise marketing, to support the Sales President with a variety of activities focused on promoting the agency and its services.
Key Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule consultations, resurface opportunities, and coordinate follow-up calls on proposals.
- Proposal Preparation: Support pitch and proposal efforts with company research, formatting, and proofreading of marketing materials, including pitches, proposals, and business development presentations. Coordinate tasks related to producing the agency's RFP responses.
- Lead Management: Maintain the agency's CRM system (Copper); enter leads and opportunities; track activities for clients and friends of the agency; ensures that contact information is accurate and up-to-date and that contacts are associated with the proper mailing lists; generates and formats reports as needed; and guides colleagues in the effective use of the CRM system.
- Reporting: Produce monthly and ad hoc sales and marketing reports for the President and other members of the leadership team.
- Marketing: Maintain the President's social media accounts, supporting social media campaigns, pre- and post-trade show and conference marketing, drafting announcements, sharing client news, and success stories. Build outreach lists, contribute to email copy for campaigns, and manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.
- Administrative Assistance: answering inbound calls and transferring to the correct person, scheduling appointments/meetings, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports. Performs basic research and data collection on clients and contacts, industries, and competitors.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights and hotels for the team traveling to conferences
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within a professional services or corporate environment.
Preferred:
- Agency experience, especially in franchise development or franchise marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Copper CRM, Mailchimp, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, good judgment, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
