We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Developer with extensive experience in SQL Server, SSIS, and advanced database development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.

• Develop, deploy, and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and database performance (indexing, execution plans, partitioning, etc.).

• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust database solutions.

• Implement and maintain data models, database schemas, and data dictionaries.

• Perform data migration, transformation, and integration between systems.

• Monitor and tune database performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

• Document database designs, processes, and procedures.

• Support production deployments and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later preferred).

• Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.

• Proven experience with SSIS package development, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Deep understanding of query optimization, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

• Experience with database design, normalization, and data modeling.

• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, ADO) for database code.

• Experience with data migration and integration projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
