We're Hiring: ERP Sales Executive – Mid-Level
Are you passionate about technology and business transformation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role? We’re looking for a Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience selling ERP solutions to join our growing team!
� Preferred locations: Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Mexico City (Remote)
🔹 About the Role:
As an ERP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for our ERP solutions. You’ll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target industries.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Present product demos and tailor proposals to client needs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in ERP or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
- English proficiency (Advanzed)
- Based in or willing to travel to Monterrey, Guadalajara, or CDMX.

- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
