We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating new leads, and building strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and vacation rental markets
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and consultations
• Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
• Work with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in service-based industries)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
