Work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will manage the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and framework. You will be part of the recruitment, development and retention of talented professionals in order to deliver best in class performance.

- Pricing Marketintelligence activities
- Demand analysisand price segmentation
- Development ofmarketing plans
- Support, controland rebate of loyalty programs such as "Net promoter score" within ourcustomers and other programs sales from OEMs and fleets
- Original equipmentsupport and commercial support to the network dealers authorized
- Create and analyzemonthly market share reports for corporate
- To elaborate salesreports (promotions, profits and budgets)
- Workwith leaders to develop systems updates and legislation changes (SAT CFDI)
- Bachelor's Degree (Finished)
- Strong pricing experience in industrial manufactured products
- Advanced English level
- Extensive experience in similar leadership role
- Transactional pricing toolkit and value toolkit experience
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional team
- Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organization
- Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
- Integrative thinker
- Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
- Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
- MBA is highly desirable
