PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST (FARGO, GEORGIA & LOUISIANA, USA)

This role will support the development and execution of procurement strategies for a major infrastructure project. You will be responsible for managing vendor communications, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all procurement activities comply with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing tender packages, managing supplier prequalification processes, evaluating proposals, and negotiating favorable contract terms.

The role also includes monitoring procurement performance, supporting the timely delivery of equipment and materials, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle.

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, commerce, economics, or a related field, along with proven experience in procurement; preferably in large-scale civil works. Strong negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with procurement systems, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments are essential. Experience in joint venture environments will be considered a valuable asset.
