We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Database Administrator

Preferred experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and at least 3-7 years of relevant experience
• Good problem solving skills with focus on troubleshooting issues in complex production environments.
• Willing to learn new technologies and software, thinking out of the box, questioning the norm and innovative.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Experience collaborating with small to medium sized teams working in an onsite/offshore model
• Provide strong hands-on technical expertise in the areas of Finance ERP Systems, at the core of which is the Oracle eBusiness Suite system 12.2.10.
• Experience in installing, administering, cloning, upgrading, patching Oracle Application (12.2.10), Oracle Databases (12.x, 19c) and Oracle Fusion Middleware in Windows and Unix environments
• Experience in Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Grid Infrastructure on releases such as 18c, 19c and 20c
• Experience in administration of MS-SQL Server, MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience in backup, recovery strategies and capabilities and strong understanding of Oracle performance tuning
• Hands-on technical expertise on Data Virtualization tool like Denodo, Data Governance Tool like Collibra, Event Streaming Platform like Kaka, Robotics Process Automation tool like Automation anywhere, etc.
• Experience in migrating applications deployed on premise to Hybrid Cloud.
• Understanding of Single Sign On implementation using SAML for on-prem and cloud applications.
• Experience in Security, Vulnerability management and remediation tools such a Qualys, Tenable and Tripwire

Nice to have:

• knowledge in Shell, Python, WLST scripting will be a plus
• experience in automating frequent mundane tasks
• Maintain, enhance, and support, through problem analysis and resolution, the Oracle eBusiness Suite and integrated applications such as Noetix, CTRL-M
