Position Summary
The Database Engineer is responsible for the database administration, floor applications (internal or external) and giving related support to the plant.
Responsibilities:
- Give support in the line regarding any failure in the database.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for traceability/data acquisition (MIS) systems.
- Analyze, define, and document the requirements of database systems.
- Develop applications (MIS system models or specific applications).
Qualifications:
- Configuration and Management of databases; SQL Server, Oracle, MYSQL.
- Administration and configuration of Windows (PC and Server).
- Programming Net / C# / ASO.NET.
- Visual Basic Programming.
- Network Configuration (Ethernet).
- ZPL Code Management and Printer Configuration.
- Programming in Lab View.
- PLC Programming desirable (Allen Bradley and Siemens).
