About the Opportunity
The quality assurance knowledge management coordinator ensures the highest quality standards within the quality program. Develops and maintains knowledge management platforms, job aids, and repositories. Providing training and support to organizational employees and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the information. In addition to developing and implementing performance metrics, they will review and update policies and procedures on a regular basis.

Coordinate and execute SME's meetings, Knowledge gathering events, and Creating knowledge articles.
Can work effectively with others to achieve a common goal. Must be able to take initiative, think outside the box, and come up with creative solutions to difficult problems.
Create reports to document errors and issues so that they can be resolved
Improve existing services in collaboration with other teams.
Assist in the development of training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, informal training videos, evaluation forms, and visual aids.
