About the Role

As a Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to prevailing wage laws and regulations for government-funded projects. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to process certified payroll forms accurately will be key in maintaining compliance, preventing legal risks, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

As a Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately filing and processing certified payroll forms.
• Ensuring all payroll documentation meets prevailing wage requirements.
• Maintaining compliance to avoid penalties, fines, and potential litigation.
• Ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Collaborating with HR and project management teams to address compliance matters.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and knowledgeable in wage compliance. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum, you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of prevailing wage laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience working with government-funded projects.
• Familiarity with certified payroll reporting processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong Excel familiarity and experience with mass reporting.
