What will your job look like?

As an Azure Cloud Oracle DBA, you will manage and migrate Azure-based (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL) and Oracle databases, ensuring performance, security, and cost-efficiency in a 24x7 production environment.

All you need is...

• Must: 2-5 years as an Oracle DBA
• Nice to have: 2+ years in Azure Cloud DBA (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Design and optimize database ecosystems across Azure and Oracle platforms.
• Cloud migrations using Azure Database Migration Service, Oracle Data Pump, applying rehosting, refactoring, or rearchitecting strategies.
• Administer Oracle Databases (12c, 19c, 21c), including installation, configuration, backup/recovery (RMAN), and performance tuning.
• Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager and Wallet.
• Monitor performance with Azure Log Analytics and Oracle Enterprise Manager, optimizing for speed and cost.
• Implement security (TDE, VPD, Azure data-at-rest/transit) and comply with corporate guidelines.
• Deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage workloads via Azure DevOps and Packer.
• Provide L1/L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and support cutover activities.
• Automate manual tasks and support 24x7 operations with rotational on-call duties.
