- Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program of your equipment
- Ensure that the TPM of your equipment is complied with.
- Ensure that production is being performed according to the established process (start-up, mastering, first part registration, etc.).
- Work with high performance teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Properly manage your staff, (Training, development plans, categories, multi-skills, compliance with internal work rules, attendance controls).
- Maintain a healthy and adequate work environment (Nom 035).
- To comply with the systems of: Quality/ IATF16949, Environmental ISO-14001 Safety ISO 45001.
- Is responsible for complying with and following up on environmental, health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures related to the activities of its operation.
- Is responsible for complying with the legal requirements applicable to the operations carried out in their areas.
